Before that, it needs some planning.

SEO alone does not bring any sales.

You have to bear in mind that sales are the blood of your business.

If you don’t have any sales, then you’re gonna close your business.

And if you run a website and you don’t have a marketing budget, then this is a case of death for your business or your website.

In the digital era, 50% of the costs of a site or a business are digital marketing costs.

That means it’s the cost for SEO, Google Ads, Meta ads, video production, and content production as well.

And let’s get to the tips.

1. IDENTIFY THE TARGET MARKET

The first tip is to identify the target market.

What is the target market?

Target market is a group of people that have been identified as the most likely potential customers for a product, because of their shared characteristics such as age, income, and lifestyle according to Investopedia, one of the high authority websites that is around there in Google.

And, you need to have a well-defined target market.

Which one is the ideal buyer of your services?

For instance, if you have an SEO Agency like me and you are targeting roofing companies in the United States, then the target market is roofers in America, roofers in New York, roofing companies in New Jersey, roofing companies in every big city or every midsize town in America.

The same in Canada and in other countries that speak English.

2. FIND THE RIGHT MONEY KEYWORDS

The second tip of the digital marketing tips is to find the right money keywords.

What are the money keywords?

Money keywords are the keywords that bring money.

That is called money keywords.

Not all keywords bring money.

Many of them are informational keywords.

And if you don’t want to become a newspaper in your area and you want to become a real business, you need to target specifically these money keywords.

For instance, the SEO keyword doesn’t bring any money alone.

But if I target the SEO company keyword, then I have more chances to take new leads and new clients.

This is very essential, and it depends in every business.

You have to make a thorough and analytical keyword research before starting your website or building your brand or your business.

And, why I’ve done this video today?

Because, before that, I searched on Google for 11 digital marketing tips and Adobe website, Adobe for Businesses First.

Then there’s also a video in the AI Overview.

It’s the first time I seen video from Ahrefs in the YouTube channel, digital marketing skills.

And here’s some detailed breakdown for many, many other websites.

They have taken many different websites, and the AI overview and Gemini made a puzzle of everything.

AI response may include mistakes.

That’s the only truth around here.

But if you see that many of the responses without doing my research are also included in my website, in my video, in my shorts.

So, you need to clearly build your website around the money keywords.

3. BUILD YOUR WEBSITE AROUND THEM

You have to build your own website around money keywords.

Without a website, you cannot do anything.

Many people are based only in a Google Business Profile or a parasite or a Facebook page or an Instagram page or a YouTube channel.

This is not the proper base to start SEO or build your brand.

You need a website.

And you have to build your website around money keywords.

You need to create at least 100 pieces of content.

Maybe it is video content or written content or post or shorts or whatever.

But you need actually 100 posts in order to test them and find the right money keywords that work for you, so that you can rank the website on Google and in other AI engines, like ChatGPT, Perplexity,  etc.

4. CREATE SHORT VIDEO CONTENT

The fourth digital marketing tip is to create short video content.

Why?

Because in 2025, we see that short video content is working properly for your website and for your business.

It’s also ranking in YouTube.

If you see in the AI Overview, here we have a short.

Then we have videos and 12 key moments in this video.

And, somewhere later, maybe we’ll have some shorts.

In some results, we’ll have shorts, but in other results, we don’t have them.

I think that YouTube shorts and, generally, short video content will prevail in the next year or in this year, in 2025.

5. SHARE THE SHORTS ON MAJOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND GPB SYSTEM FITTYXG

FITTYXG are the initials from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X  that is the ex Twitter, and the Google Business Profile.

Also, you have to promote your content.

If you devote 20% of your time to make video shorts, you need at least 80% of your time to promote these shorts to every social media possible there, even Reddit or even doing some testing new Google Business Profiles and new social medias, to do some parasite SEO, to build some backlinks.

That is the truth, and you have to do it.

You have to be very, very demanding in creating new content and finding new customers with it.

6. BUILD YOUR BRAND NAME

Build your brand name.

If you, for instance, would like to buy a new car, what is the brand that comes to your mind first?

I think, in my mind, comes BMW or Mercedes.

So, I think for many many people, there is a clear brand name in every market.

For instance, Black and Decker or in home appliances or LG in the screens, or in TVs etc.

Or for car tires Michelin or Bridgestone.

I prefer Michelin, I think it’s better for my car.

So you need to build your brand name and connect this brand name for the main keyword of your industry.

For instance, my brand name is Divramis SEO Agency or Divramis.com or whatever.

I have to connect this keyword with my name and build this brand around me, even if it’s personal branding or branding in general.

Brands will help you to will help you to make more sales.

Brands are driving more sales.

Brands can get paid better for services, and if you’re not a brand or you are a non-brand, then you have to beat the brands in price.

That’s not a good strategy, so you have to build your brand name.

I think this would be the first digital marketing tip I would have to give to anyone who starts right now.

How do I know?

Because I’m doing this job in digital marketing at least for the last 13 years and then in marketing in general, the last 25 years.

I’ve also studied Marketing and Accounting and Finance at Buckinghamshire New University in the UK, in London.

And, I’ve seen many, many things in marketing.

I think branding is number 1, apart from everything else.

7. CREATE AND GROW YOUR COMMUNITY

Then, the number 7 in digital marketing tips is to create and grow your community.

You have at least to create and grow your community.

You have to build a community of potential customers, of your potential market.

That’s true because no one buys from you from the start.

They need at least 7 to 12 contact points or to see you 7 to 12 times, to consider that you are a known person, that you are a friend.

The 85% of people or clients became clients after the seventh or the twelfth contact that have with you.

8. GROW YOUR EMAIL LIST

So the number 8 is to grow your email list.

As I told you before, you need an email list like mine.

Because 99% of people are coming to your website with mobile phones.

Be careful in that.

Not too much clutter in the website.

You need white space and a catchy call to action that is clear, like call me, like ask for a quote, like I have on my site.

You have to be everywhere in order for someone to find you in ChatGPT, in Perplexity, in AI Overviews, social media, Google Business Profile, and of course, first of all, in your website or to drag the people to your website from these other places.

11. LEARN NEW THINGS EVERY DAY AND TEST NEW THINGS EVERY DAY

And the 11th digital marketing tip for today is to learn new things every day and test new things every day.

What I mean by this?

I mean that you have to read, to study, and continuously and test new things.

Marketing is testing.

Digital marketing is also testing.

You have to take risks and to make tests.

For instance, Google is making many tests every day.

Every day is changing at least 10 times its algorithm, and you never notice any small changes.

But these small changes add up every year.

Google is a different company than it was the year before.

So you have to do the same in your business.

You need to study.
