What’s the difference between a DIY website and a professional website?

In a professional website, we have 2 classes of websites: the symbol web design websites and the SEO centered designed websites.

What’s the difference between the simple web design websites?

A web designer can design websites with very fancy graphics but no SEO, because a website needs content.
